Returns are subject to the Mink Thailand Terms and Conditions. For eligible products, you have up to 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
Online returns process
You can initiate a return online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced. Contact us via one of the following methods below:

Please use the original packaging and send back to 'Fly Goose Co., Ltd. 88 The PARQ Ratchadaphisek Rd. Khlong Toei, Bangkok, 10110'. Your refund will be processed after the parcel has been received.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days of receipt of the returned package.
For Counter Service and ATM Bank Transfer orders, you will need to provided us with the following bank details:

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for Mink Thailand to post the refund to your bank after we receive these information.

Only items ordered on the Mink Thailand that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to us.
